CAN I COME TO A MEETING TO GET A FEEL FOR THE GROUP BEFORE JOINING?
Once a month we have a Monthly Social at a local business with lots of toys to keep the kids busy. This is a great chance say hello and answer any questions you have. At our Monthly Social we often have a theme be it the holiday that month, a mommy chat topic or a guest speaker that is announced in advance. Want to join? Just click on Contact up above!
I BALANCE BEING A MOM WITH WORK SCHEDULE. CAN I STILL JOIN?
Absolutely. Several of our members are business owners, school teachers and moms who work part time. Just keep in mind our activities (with the exception of a monthly Mom's Night Out held in the evening) are scheduled M-F during the day. We understand if you are say a teacher that we'll be seeing a lot more of you in the summer time.
WHAT ABOUT MOMS WHO HAVE KIDS IN SCHOOL? DO YOU AGE OUT OF MOMS Club®?
You never 'age out' of MOMS Club® and are always welcome at all of our fun events! If you aren't in the market for play dates during the school day don't forget about Mom's Night Outs (MNO) held in the evening which are for moms only* and our Moms of School Aged Kids (MOSAK) events held in the day. Our MNO's are typically held at an area resturant or at a member's home often involve getting together in the morning for coffee or meeting for lunch. Mom's with younger kids are still welcome to bring their kiddos to MOSAK events but rather than a play date focused on say playdoh, MOSAK play dates are centered around fun stuff for mom!
I HAVE BEEN TO AN EVEN AND WANT TO JOIN. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO NEXT?
Our Membership Vice President will get you a welcome pack that includes information about our club and some forms for you to fill out (so we can add you to our directory, etc.) Once you hand in your forms and a check for your annual dues of $25 to any board member you are officially a member!
*Nursing moms can always bring their little one along.
